My story
In 2022, I arrived in Fuerteventura without an NIE, without a lawyer, without a translator, and without any contacts. I had to figure everything out on my own—from legislation and the real estate market to identifying safe and suitable locations. I went through a process of trial and error, found reliable partners, and gained a clear understanding of what works on the island and what does not. Despite all the obstacles, I purchased my first property back then. And because standing still makes no sense, two years later I replaced the original property with a larger one.
Today, I pass this know-how on to others. I will help you select the right property, guide you through the entire purchase process, arrange a car and accommodation, and recommend locations that offer real value. Without unnecessary complications directly and efficiently.
